These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qqviva platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a qqviva account. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Each member is permitted exactly one qqviva account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of intent — will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under your qqviva membership. Third-party transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.
qqviva uses real-time monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns, arbitrage abuse, and coordinated fraud. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without notice.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Company. |

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the qqviva Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qqviva. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised document.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on the Platform. qqviva enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets placed will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned to the deposit source after investigation.
The Platform is designed and marketed for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
You confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or misrepresentation when registering or using the Platform.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
To access the full range of Services, you must register a single Account on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
Each individual may hold only one Account on qqviva at any time. Registering or operating more than one Account — under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated bets, and forfeit balances found to have been obtained through duplicate-account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qqviva will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify qqviva support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Any false, misleading, or outdated information provided during or after registration may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation. You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date.
qqviva is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, the Company may request identity verification documents at any stage of membership, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by qqviva support may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account restriction until verification is completed.

qqviva accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displ ayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and member verification status. qqviva reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. qqviva is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the qqviva finance team within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page at the time of the request. In standard conditions, approved withdrawals are completed in under five minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

All Account balances, bets, and payouts are held and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. Members depositing via methods that operate in other currencies should be aware that their provider may apply conversion rates independently of qqviva.

qqviva offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reload incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to individual terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, qualifying games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contributions toward the Wagering Requirement vary by game type:
qqviva actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. Members are advised to review the expiry date of any bonus before accepting it.
qqviva reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will not affect bonuses already accepted prior to the change, provided the Member continues to meet the original qualifying criteria.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to review the bet slip — including stake, selection, and odds — before confirming. qqviva will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of Member error except where a manifest pricing error is identified by the Company.
Odds displayed on the Platform reflect market conditions at the time of display and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. qqviva reserves the right to correct any manifest pricing error. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at the Company's discretion, and the stake refunded to the Member's Account.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's Account in full.
qqviva applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Member. These limits are published on the relevant betting market pages. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for any single event will be capped at the published limit, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid price fluctuations. qqviva operates a brief acceptance delay on live bets to prevent exploitation of latent price feeds. The Company reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are accepted on the Platform subject to the minimum and maximum selection counts and odds ranges stated in the sportsbook rules. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection had not been included.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqviva Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the qqviva brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of qqviva or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:
qqviva strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. qqviva will not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime.
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. qqviva is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of bet outcomes, regardless of the circumstances. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
The Platform integrates third-party payment providers, game studios, and data feed suppliers. qqviva is not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions originating from these third-party systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqviva's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform and Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
In no event shall qqviva be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
qqviva collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
qqviva employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect Member data at rest. For full details on data handling, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting qqviva support at [email protected]. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining eligible balance. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
qqviva reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Member or qqviva — all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where funds are subject to an ongoing fraud investigation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. qqviva operates as an international platform and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their country or territory of residence. qqviva accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Member's use of the Platform in breach of local law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
